Applebee's

Came around 1:00 with 3 hungry children, and needed to be somewhere shortly afterwards. Hostess sat us in the busiest section that had only 1 server. she never looked our direction once in over 10 minutes. Had to direct hostess to get her so we could at least order drinks. there are 4 servers in the whole restaurant and a bartender, maybe only 1 line cook??. 15 minutes later we are told the kids mini burger was still being made. We got our food 19 minutes after ordering and it was delivered by the manager. Presentation was plain, no garnishes? Sad to see this kind of service especially because I was a manager of Applebees for quite sometime.

The server seemed to be an overall good person. He was trying and it was not his fault but the cooks fault who kept messing orders up like mine. It is one of the few decent Applebee's around but this night the cooks was not on their game.
