Most affordable decent place in town. I've stayed here many times on business and personal travel. The owners are a nice local family. They even gave me a Santa for my room when they realized I might have to stay through the holidays!
It is a 1950s classic motor lodge. The kind preservationists are trying to save on Route 66.
Antlers has the feel of that simpler era, except for the cable, free HBO and free fast WI-FI. It has plenty of hot water with old fashioned water pressure (before mandatory low flow). There's a fridge in the room and despite easy access to the highway it is pretty quiet. It also has electric heat. None of that on and off of a window unit fan to wake you up at night like at other hotels.
Unbelievably reasonable prices.
