Americas Best Value Inn-New London

Drunk by the name of Bob makes this hotel a very big turn off to business. Room service was denied even tho its sign states between 9am and 2pm as requested I have been attempting to talk to the owner Victor and I am unable to get the option to talk to him. For that reason I have contacted the BBB as well as the WI Dept of Consumer Protection and have filed a formal and written complaint with said above hotel. In my opinion I would NOT stay or recommend this place at all to anyone. I would stay at the competitors across the street before thinking about this place again. You also do not get free breakfast that is a false advertisement as well as there is no game room or pool. 3 false advertisements and they refuse housekeeping as well. UPDATE: 2years after experience- It took a while to get the refund back from the BBB but after it was said and done BBB sued the company after paying me double what the company owed. The company has since changed its name to "Top Value Inn" Lol all I can say is wow.
