If I could give Alwin's a -5, I would. I have family members who sadly trusted Alwin's with their cars over the course of a number of years. They have been ripped off, enormously inconvenienced, and treated with a lack of respect. They didn't deserve the 3rd, 4th, and 5th chances my family gave. It's a sad day when common decency is no longer the norm in business practices. I'm glad they no longer call Alwin's their mechanic, and will be sure my friends and acquaintances know to look elsewhere for honest and professional services.
