I used them for a clogged sink a couple of years ago and was happy with the service. I try to stay loyal to businesses but I called them twice over a week period and left messages asking for them to call me back since I now have a clog in the bathroom but no one would return my call. I understand if the job isn't what they had time for or whatever reason they didn't want the work but I feel a return call is the least they could do. I'll find another business to stay loyal to and to recommend to friends and family.
